How is my title to stored assets protected?+
All assets are held in your name on an allocated, segregated basis. Imperial never takes title and is never a counterparty.
What insurance covers stored and in-transit valuables?+
Storage and transit are covered under Lloyd's of London all-risk policies, up to $250M per consignment. Higher limits are available upon arrangement.
Where are the flagship vaults located?+
London, Zürich, Geneva, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore — with partner facilities in all major jurisdictions.
Can I visit my vault?+
Yes. Vault visits are by appointment, with dual-identity verification and a private viewing chamber.
How quickly can a shipment be arranged?+
Domestic same-day, international 24–72 hours depending on jurisdiction and customs requirements.
Is two-factor authentication required for the online portal?+
Yes — TOTP or hardware key is mandatory for all account holders.
