Services

Fees
Annual membership and per-consignment shipping fees are disclosed in advance and invoiced through your account portal.
Liability & insurance
Stored and in-transit assets are insured under Lloyd's of London policies. Specific limits and exclusions are described in your account documents.
Confidentiality
Imperial maintains strict confidentiality of client identity, holdings, and movements, save where compelled by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of London having exclusive jurisdiction.
